1. Movement Control System

How to avoid AGVs from colliding with each other and running on the same path?

One of the challenges in AGV operation is avoiding collisions, especially when multiple AGVs operate in the same area. AiTEN’s unique scheduling system is designed to handle this, using traffic control features similar to a "traffic light" system. This system coordinates AGV movements, ensuring they don’t collide with each other or with people, enabling safe and efficient passage throughout the facility.

2. Obstacle Avoidance Laser

AiTEN AGVs are equipped with 180° obstacle detection lasers, providing advanced protection. If an obstacle is detected within 1 meter, the AGV slows down; if it’s within 0.5 meters, the AGV stops completely. This ensures safety even in dynamic environments.

3. Physical Collision Protection

In addition to sensors, each AGV is fitted with an emergency stop button and a front bumper for added layers of protection. These physical safety features help prevent accidental collisions, further ensuring safe operation.

4. Visual Equipment

For the ultimate in safety, we also offer an optional visual navigation system. This retrofit enhances obstacle recognition and allows AGVs to adapt to complex environments with even greater precision.
