Join our dynamic team as a Senior Implementation Engineer and play a key role in delivering cutting-edge Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) solutions to our customers across Europe. You will be responsible for the on-site deployment, configuration, and commissioning of our mobile robotic systems at customer facilities. You’ll ensure seamless integration, perform system testing, and train customers to maximize operational efficiency. A strong technical foundation, problem-solving skills, and the ability to travel internationally are essential for success in this position.
Cualificaciones clave
- 3+ years of experience in AGV project management, with strong understanding of AGV systems and implementation practices. Experience in technical translation within the automation field is a strong plus.
- Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English, with proven skills in technical translation and documentation writing.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills; ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and deliver effective training.
- High level of responsibility, adaptability, and teamwork. Able to perform under pressure in dynamic, fast-paced project environments.
Responsabilidades del puesto
- Full-Cycle Project Management
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, task distribution, and resource allocation. Monitor progress closely, resolve issues efficiently, and make real-time adjustments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Project Implementation
Lead the on-site implementation of AGV projects, including equipment installation, system commissioning, and integration. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet technical and quality benchmarks.
- After-Sales Support
Establish a robust after-sales service system. Address client issues such as breakdowns and system upgrades promptly. Conduct regular follow-ups, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Technical Translation
Translate AGV-related technical documents between Chinese and English with high accuracy and professionalism. Ensure clarity and usability across a variety of contexts and audiences.
- Documentation Preparation
Develop product manuals, technical guides, operation instructions, and supplementary project documents. Ensure all materials are well-organized, thorough, and align with professional standards.
- Partner Training
Design and deliver targeted training programs to partners covering AGV product features, installation and commissioning, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting. Utilize multiple formats including live instruction, online sessions, and hands-on coaching.

Cualificaciones clave
- Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Mínimo de 2 años de experiencia práctica en implementación de proyectos.
- Experto en planificación de rutas AGV, configuración del sitio, puesta en servicio del sistema, instalación en el sitio y resolución de problemas.
- Sólida comprensión de sistemas informáticos (Linux, Windows), principios básicos de automatización, hardware, software y redes.
- Experto en el uso de software de diseño asistido por computadora (CAD).
- Capacidad de configurar y aplicar de forma independiente los parámetros del sistema AGV.
- Familiarity with sensors (LiDAR, cameras, encoders) and industrial protocols (Modbus, OPC UA) is a plus.

- Willing to travel around European areas.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
Responsabilidades del puesto
- Deploy, configure, and install systems (software/hardware) or mobile robots at customer sites (factories, warehouses, etc.), ensuring smooth on-site implementation.
- Conduct calibration, testing, and validation of system/robot performance (navigation, sensors, fleet coordination, etc.), troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with project managers, consultants, software and hardware R&D, and production team to implement the project.
- Address and resolve on-site issues during the implementation phase and keep records. Conduct demand investigations and analysis and produce standardized demand analysis documents.
- Provide customer training and ensure timely response to service requests.
- Assist with system testing; develop and improve product documents, supporting the continuous iteration of products and projects.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry-specific business needs and technologies, generating technical documents to guide R&D improvements.
